Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the FitGo app ("Application") developed by MOBISOFT LLC ("Service Provider"). The Application operates as an Ad-Supported service and is intended for users in the Google Play & App Store.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects the following information when you download and use it:

Device information: Device ID, IP address, operating system (consistent with COPPA requirements).

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on the App, date and time of usage.

Optional: If you choose to provide them, your email address, age, height, weight, and health data.

FitGo does not collect precise location data without your consent. However, the App may collect imprecise location data derived from your IP address. This data is used for internal analytics only.

The Service Provider may use your information to:

Provide and improve the Application in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Send important updates and marketing communications (with clear opt-out options).

Personalize your experience based on your preferences and goals.

Third-Party Access

Only anonymized and aggregated data is shared with third-party services to improve the App. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

FitGo uses third-party services with their own privacy policies: Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook, One Signal, AppLovin (link to their privacy policies). We ensure these third-party partners comply with relevant US privacy regulations.

The Service Provider may disclose your information:

To protect user safety and rights.

To trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

User Control and Opt-out (CCPA Rights)

You can uninstall the App to stop data collection. You can opt-out of marketing communications within the App settings. Additionally, California residents have specific rights under the CCPA:

Right to Know: You can request to know what personal information FitGo collects, uses, and discloses.

Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information collected by FitGo.

Right to Opt-out of Sale: You can opt-out of the sale of your personal information (FitGo does not currently sell personal information but reserves the right to do so in the future, and will update this policy accordingly).

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains user data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time afterward, in accordance with US record-keeping laws. You can request data deletion by contacting [email protected]

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

FitGo complies with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents of children under 13 can contact us at [email protected] to review or request deletion of their child's data.

Security

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user information. FitGo may use data encryption (mention specific methods if applicable) to protect sensitive information at rest and in transit.

Changes to this Policy

The Service Provider may update this policy. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page and may also provide additional notice within the App.
